Selection Process:
Merit-Based Selection: The selection of candidates will be based on the average percentage of marks obtained in both Matriculation (with minimum 50% marks) and ITI examination.
In case of tie in merit:
The candidate with older age will be preferred.
If age is also the same, candidates who passed the Matriculation exam earlier will be given preference.
No written test or interview will be conducted.
Stipend and Training Period:
Training Period: The selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of 1 year.
Stipend: Apprentices will be paid a stipend as per the rules and regulations of the respective State Governments.
